No. We can source them for you from our catalog (S&S Activewear and SanMar), or you can bring your own. If you supply the garments, we’re not responsible for pieces damaged during printing — we recommend bringing one or two extras.
Yes — PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, PSD or SVG, up to 10 MB. If the file is low resolution or not production-ready, we’ll tell you before starting: a redraw is quoted separately for your approval, and small fixes may be free with your order.
Decoration prices don’t include garments or Illinois sales tax. Garments are quoted separately. Screen printing has a setup fee per color/location, and full-color orders of 1–2 pieces carry a small-order surcharge. Your quote lists every item.
Standard production is 7–10 business days. Rush orders may be possible from 3 business days for an extra fee. Your delivery date is confirmed once you approve the quote and mockup.
Decoration orders require a 50% deposit to start production. Your garments are made to order and can’t be sold to anyone else, so the deposit confirms the order for both of us. The remaining 50% is due at pickup or delivery.
Yes. We create custom designs from an idea, a sketch or a reference — for your shirts, your business or anywhere you need them. You don’t need a print shop or a print order with us to use this service.
Yes. Vectorization, custom design, color separations and mockup packages are available without buying garments.
After your quote, we send a digital mockup showing placement, size and colors. Production starts once you approve it and pay the 50% deposit. The mockup is included with decoration orders we produce.
