The 50/50 Process
This same deposit policy applies across both our Design and Art Reconstruction services. We begin crafting your project after receiving your 50% deposit. If starting from an open concept, you will receive 2 unique design directions to choose from. If you provide a clean sketch or precise layout references, we will focus directly on perfecting your specific vision. Once the final layout is approved, the remaining 50% is due prior to final vector file delivery.
The Revision Policy
Every project includes 3 complimentary rounds of adjustments based on your chosen concept. Designer errors are always corrected for free. Additional client-driven changes after 3 rounds are billed at $5 per revision.
Alternative Route Clause
Not feeling the first direction? You are entitled to pivot to a completely new creative path exactly 1 time during the initial concept stage.
